Custom Design Policy

Every custom design is a creative collaboration, and we approach each project with care, dedication, and a deep respect for the process.

Please note that all custom garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pricing and timelines are discussed individually, depending on the design and materials. We only accept projects we’re confident we can complete to the highest standard, and we reserve the right to kindly decline requests that fall outside of our expertise or creative direction.

We’re happy to assist with fabric sourcing and can create a custom sketch for your approval. Once the project is confirmed, any changes to the design may result in additional charges and must be approved in writing.

Please keep in mind that all sketches, drafts, and concepts — including those shared with us by the client — are considered the intellectual property of Room 22 Ltd..
