How do i place an order

You can place your order directly through our website or via our Etsy shop.

Where are the items produced?

All items are designed and handcrafted in our atelier in Bulgaria (EU) and shipped via DHL.
How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made-to-order and require 10 – 14 business days for production from the date of purchase.

Custom color items may take up to 30 days, as fabrics are purchased specifically for you.

For fully custom or one-of-a-kind designs, the production timeline is determined by mutual agreement after final confirmation.

We always try to make your orders as fast and transparent as possible ❤️
What if i want to change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours. After that, once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Do you offer customization?

We offer 3 types of customization:

COLOR

Each piece can be made in your chosen shade from our curated silk palette. Once you select a color, we’ll order that silk just for you — this takes about 30 days.

DESIGN

We can adapt our existing designs to your preferences — whether it's adjusting the silhouette, adding details, or combining elements.

BESPOKE

We offer fully bespoke creations based on your inspiration, crafted from scratch to reflect your vision.

Pricing and processing time for custom pieces are calculated individually. A separate invoice will be created for each custom order.

What is your return policy?

All items are made to order based on custom measurements or designs, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Full Return Policy.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you cover taxes and customs?

No extra charges apply within the EU.

For orders from other regions, additional costs may apply and customers are responsible for any additional charges required for customs clearance or local taxes upon delivery.
