Where are the items produced and sent from?

All items are handcrafted in our atelier in Bulgaria and shipped via DHL.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. Your billing information is secured with AES-256 encryption.

How long does it take to ship my order?

It takes up to 14 days to make your items, followed by shipping within 2 days.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

For manufacturing faults, we’ll cover return shipping. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours. Once production begins, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Do you cover additional taxes for my parcel?

Within the EU, no extra charges apply. For orders from other regions, additional costs may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
