Tips for Accurate Measurements
- Take measurements in the morning before eating for best accuracy.
- Measure directly on your skin, without clothes.
- Double check all taken measurements.
You’ll need a soft measuring tape in inches or centimeters.
Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest — usually where the nipples are. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist: Find the smallest part of your waist by bending gently side to side — the natural crease that forms is your waistline.
High Hip: Locate the top edge of your hip bone (the iliac crest) on both sides. Wrap the tape around your body at this level.
Full Hips: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips.
