Tips for Accurate Measurements
- Take your measurements in the morning before eating.
- Use a soft measuring tape that easily wraps around your body.
- Measure directly on your skin, without clothing.
- Double-check all taken measurements.
You’ll need a soft measuring tape in inches or centimeters.
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust — usually where the nipples are.
- Waist: measure around the smallest part of your waist. Find it by bending slightly to one side — the natural crease that forms is your true waistline.
- High Hips: measure around the top of your hip bones, where the hips bones begin (the iliac crest).
- Full Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
